Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 working days after order confirmation.
Orders are not processed or dispatched on Sundays or public holidays.
Delivery Timelines
Once shipped, orders are delivered within the following estimated timelines:

Remote or Non-Serviceable Areas: Delivery may take longer depending on courier availability

Shipping Charges
Shipping charges (if applicable) are clearly displayed at the checkout page before payment.
Free shipping offers, if any, may be modified or withdrawn without prior notice.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery is available on select pincodes only, subject to courier serviceability.
Francoleone reserves the right to disable COD for certain locations or orders.
If repeated COD returns are observed from the same customer, address, or account, Francoleone may temporarily or permanently disable the COD option for that customer.
COD may also be restricted for high-risk, suspicious, or abuse-prone orders to protect operational integrity.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via SMS, Email, or WhatsApp.
Customers can track their shipment using the tracking link provided.
Delays & Exceptions
Francoleone shall not be responsible for delays caused due to:

Address Accuracy
