Refunds are initiated only after the returned product is received and inspected at our warehouse.

Shipping & Handling Deductions

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a company error, such as receiving the wrong or defective product.

In cases of reverse pickup, a reverse shipment fee may be deducted as mentioned in the Return Policy.
