Cancellation Policy
At Francoleone, we understand that sometimes plans change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and simple.
Order Cancellation by Customer
Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once an order has been packed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Cancellation requests must be raised through email, phone, or WhatsApp support within the allowed time.
Refund for Cancelled Orders
For prepaid orders, eligible cancellations will be refunded to the original mode of payment.
Refunds for cancelled orders are processed within 5–7 working days after confirmation.
Cancellation Not Allowed
Cancellation requests will not be accepted in the following cases:

Orders that have already been shipped or dispatched

Orders where the delivery attempt has already been made

Orders placed under special offers, clearance sales, or limited-time promotions (if mentioned at the time of purchase)
Repeated cancellations by the same customer may result in restriction of future orders or payment options, including Cash on Delivery (COD).
Company-Initiated Cancellations
Francoleone reserves the right to cancel an order in certain situations, including:

Product out of stock or inventory mismatch

Pricing or listing errors

Payment verification issues

High-risk or suspicious orders
In such cases, the full amount paid will be refunded to the customer.
