Apparel Care Instructions

To maintain the quality and durability of your garments:

Wash garments inside out to protect prints, embroidery, and fabric surface.
Use cold water and mild detergent only.
Do not bleach or use harsh chemicals.
Hand wash or machine wash on a gentle cycle.
Do not wring the garment.
Dry in shade and avoid direct sunlight.
Iron on low heat and avoid direct ironing on prints or embellishments.
Do not dry clean, unless specifically mentioned on the product label.

Fabric & Print Disclaimer

Minor color fading over time is normal and depends on usage and washing practices.

Cracking or peeling of prints may occur if care instructions are not followed.

Damage caused due to improper washing or ironing will not be considered a manufacturing defect.

Accessories / Footwear / Leather Care (If Applicable)

Keep products away from excessive moisture, heat, and direct sunlight.
Clean gently using a soft, dry cloth.
Do not wash leather or accessories with water, unless specified.
Store products in a cool, dry place when not in use.
Natural materials may develop variations in texture, shade, or finish over time, which is normal and adds character.

Francoleone shall not be liable for damage caused due to improper use, washing, storage, or handling.

Care-Related Exclusions

The following issues are not covered under returns, exchanges, or refunds:

Damage caused due to incorrect washing or drying
Shrinkage, fading, or wear and tear from regular use
Damage caused by ironing directly on prints or logos
Alterations done by the customer
